I'm sorry...my kids took some pictures of the chickens and...is it just me or does this chicken look sinister? I have never really liked birds but this photo has somehow captured the fear in picture form.

Yipes! Look at that BEAK. Somehow all those chickens in our coop look much more fluffy and friendly.

lol, I watched a documentary, probably on the discovery channel, that was hypothocizing that the chicken is actually the closest animal to a dinosaur that we have today. They were trying to reverse engineer a dinosaur from a chicken. Think of it though, it makes sense...instead of feathers it would have scaly skin...and there you have it...a mini dino! Chickens are not so cute anymore are they???
Hi, I found your blog on Angela's blog. That rooster is pretty evil looking, but my parent's have some really cute ones with pants - feathers all down their legs. We miss you guys! Lori
